Vijai Sambhav Foundation Organises Free Health Camp at Bellandur Police Station

Bengaluru : Vijai Sambhav Foundation, in collaboration with Sparsh Hospital (Sarjapur) and Aloka Vision Foundation, organised a free health camp at the Bellandur Police Station premises. The initiative aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the community. More than 70 policemen benefited from the camp.

The camp offered free eye check-ups and distribution of spectacles to those in need. In addition, services such as blood sugar testing, height and weight measurement, ECG, and general physician consultations were provided. The Foundation also distributed zero-cost ECO test coupons, which can be availed at Sparsh Hospital. Policemen expressed happiness, noting that their demanding schedules often prevent them from undergoing regular health check-ups, and welcomed this initiative as a step towards greater health awareness.

As part of its ongoing green initiative, the Foundation also distributed eco-friendly bags and promoted its #VSFPledgeNotoPlastic campaign, encouraging participants to adopt a plastic-free lifestyle.

The event was held under the leadership of Foundation President Ravi Rajhans, with volunteers Vijay Shankar Gupta, Jitendra Kumar, Akshay, and John Britto actively contributing. Bellandur Police Station SHO, Mr. Ramesh, appreciated the effort and presented a certificate of recognition to the Foundation.
