
Bengaluru : On Sunday, the team of FTS Yuva, Bangalore, led by Secretary Vikas Gupta and Vanyatra Incharge Aarti Agarwal, organized an inspirational forest trip to two Ekal Vidyalayas in Mysore Zone – Uyigondanahalli and Ambedkar Nagar. 23 youth members and 4 donors participated in this trip. By visiting the schools, everyone saw closely how the teachers are imparting education to the children even with limited resources and how the students are engaged in learning enthusiastically.
On this special occasion, Vanbandhu Parishad South Zone Secretary Vimalji Saraogi, FTS CSR donor Amit ji Agarwal along with his family and future CSR donor Vineet ji were also present. Vineet ji came specially to survey the school and observed the possibilities of future cooperation. The success of the program was due to the special cooperation of Vibhakar ji Solyekar (P10 Division Campaign Head) and Shankar ji (Mysore Zone Campaign Head), who played an important role in coordination.

During the trip, the youth team enjoyed delicious breakfast with the children and presented them book colouring sets and T-shirts. Football and volleyball were also presented to the school as gifts to encourage sports and personality development.
Vikram Agarwal, Ashish Gupta, Pritesh Burad, Pawan Rajliwal, Ankur Jain, Ganpat Mali, Rachna Dalmia, Ayush Agrawal, Gaurav Agarwal, Gaurav Sharma, Gaurav Aggarwal, Praveen Gehlot, Shridhar Chakkaddi, Sarita Gupta, Santosh Rajliwal, Neha Agarwal and Ruchi Agarwal along with other members actively participated in this Van Yatra.
On this occasion, Secretary Vikas Gupta said that this Van Yatra was not limited to only school visit, but it provided an opportunity to the youth to understand the real challenges of education, share emotions with children and deepen the resolve of social service.
