Bengaluru : Vijai Sambhav Foundation (VSF), in collaboration with Aloka Vision Foundation, organised a vision screening camp for personnel of the 9th Battalion of the Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP) at the Office of the Commandant, Kudlu. Around 200 personnel underwent comprehensive eye screening as part of the initiative to promote eye health and facilitate early detection of vision-related problems among uniformed personnel.
Following the screening, prescription spectacles were distributed to 95 personnel who were diagnosed with refractive errors. The distribution programme was attended by KSRP staff & family members.
The VSF team was felicitated by KSRP officials in recognition of its contribution to community healthcare. Commandant Thomas Mathew and Deputy Commandant Nagendra Swamy honoured VSF representatives Ravi Rajhans, John Britto, Vijay Shankar Gupta and Himanshu Jaiswal for their sustained social service.
