Bengaluru : A complaint has been filed at Kothanur police station against the Madrasa administration and staff for repeatedly obstructing the cleaning of their property in Thanisandra, abusing and assaulting a woman and staff with abusive language, and threatening to kill them.
In this regard, Mashiha Ahmed of Gottigere, Hommedevanahalli, has filed a complaint and requested the police to take action against the culprits. She has appealed to the police to protect her property. An FIR was also filed at Kothanur police station on June 14, 2024 in this regard. Now, the school and Madrasa staff are once again behaving in a hooligan manner.
In the complaint, it was stated that while I was going to clean my ancestral property (present site of Samar International School) in Thanisandra Survey No. 105/3, 105/2, 104/2, 104/3 as per the court order, Khalid Musharraf (Principal of Samar International School), staff and madrasa boys abused me and my wife and female workers with abusive words and threatened to kill me.
This address is his ancestral property and we live here. On Monday morning at 09.30 am, when my wife Junaira went to the place with the workers to clean, they suddenly pushed me and abused me with abusive words. They also tried to attack my wife who came there. They threw our utensils and cooking utensils outside. They even tried to attack some of the people who came to protect them and forced everyone out. I left in fear of my life. The police personnel who came there rescued our women workers.
There is no restriction on enjoying this ancestral property of mine and keeping it clean, the court [25479/2023] has ordered. For the past 6 months, they have been disturbing me in this way when I have gone to clean this property. I have also brought this case to the attention of higher police officers. The school has filed a declaration suit in the court, but there has been no order. Therefore, Mashiha Ahmed has requested that they please protect my ancestral property.
