Bengaluru : CEDCO BSF Bengaluru, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amruthaya Central School, Bengaluru marking a significant step towards supporting the educational aspirations of the wards of BSF personnel. Under this MoU, Amruthaya Central School has extended exclusive fee benefits, including admission fee waivers and substantial tuition fee concessions, to the children of serving, retired, and martyred BSF personnel.
The MoU exchange ceremony was held at CEDCO BSF Bengaluru. Addressing the gathering, Dinesh Kumar Yadav, IG CEDCO BSF Bengaluru described the occasion as more than a formal agreement, calling it a reflection of shared responsibility, respect and commitment towards education and national service. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the leadership and management of Amruthaya Central School for their thoughtful initiative and unwavering support for the families of BSF personnel. At this occasion Hemant Kumar Jha, DIG (CI), Rajshekar K N, Comdt (Trg) & K. Sathyanarayan Raju, Chairman & other Senior representatives from Amruthaya Central School and the Amruthaya Trust were present at the ceremony.
Yadav appreciated the school’s rapid progress since its establishment in 2023, including securing CBSE affiliation, developing modern infrastructure and adopting a holistic approach to education. He noted that such initiatives demonstrate the institution’s strong commitment to academic excellence and social responsibility.
Highlighting the importance of education in nation-building, Yadav emphasized that extending educational support to the wards of uniformed personnel is a meaningful way of honouring their sacrifices. He stated that the partnership symbolizes a shared vision where educational institutions and security forces collaborate to invest in the future of children and society at large.
The ceremony concluded with the formal exchange of the MoU and a vote of thanks, marking the beginning of a purposeful and enduring collaboration.
